STAN CHEM ~ READING & GREAT YARMOUTH 2011
Congratulations to many Stan Chem staff for long term service and well done to:

BIOTECHNICA ~ INTERESTING CURRENT NEWS 2011
Another excellent year on sales and growth on our specialist bio-agronomy products from Biotechnica to the farming community both here in the UK and worldwide.

Biohumate is out-performing regular humic acid products at lower application rates giving significant crop responses, particularly on salad crops and soft fruit such as strawberries. 

Biosulphur is proving to be one of Biotechnica’s most versatile products now and is currently being used to top up crops suffering from sulphur deficiency and also as part of a soil washing process to remove heavy metal contamination in the root zone.

Biotechnica’s biological products that contain Mycorrhiza are helping to rebuild soil organic matter and to retain more carbon in the soil. Biotechnica's mycorrhizal product Bio-Roote is promoting significant improvements in nutritional values of forage grass when sown with the seed.

Good news for Golf Greenkeepers!
Golf greenkeepers are beginning to accept that a more biological approach can allow significant reductions in fertiliser input. Biotechnica has recently developed products specifically for sports turf.
